Real-time Data Disconnection
BitMEX is a fast-moving trading platform. Data on BitMEX is delivered as quickly as possible to keep you informed of trades and price changes. Without this data, it is impossible to trade effectively.
For your safety, when your connection is interrupted, trading is disabled.
This can happen for many reasons: your local network or wireless connection may have been interrupted, your connection may have timed out, or BitMEX may be performing regular system maintenance.
Seeing this message often?
- Use a modern browser, like Firefox, Chrome, or Opera.
- Ensure your wireless connection is strong, and/or reboot your router or modem.
- You may disable the dialog in the Security Centre of your BitMEX account. Be aware that you may see stale data! This is not recommended.
